Austin Broady Associates Limited are specialists in the design and installation of air conditioning systems within the UK. These range from basic comfort cooling systems, through heat pumps and close control installations, right up to complex VRV and VRF systems.

Using major manufacturers such as Mitsubishi, Daikin, Fujitsu and Toshiba, Austin Broady Associates can provide a controlled environment in offices, shops, restaurants and computer rooms. Similarly factory, manufacturing and process areas can be cooled using evaporative cooling units linked into a standard ventilation system.

Factory cooling and ventilation is carried by our sister company Work Space Cooling, who can offer a design process for installed applications as well as providing low-cost mobile and portable air-conditioning units.

Heating and cooling can be provided year round using heat pumps or alternatively comfort cooling can be installed using cooling only plant.

Once installation has been completed a planned service and maintenance agreement will be forwarded to keep the equipment in its optimum operation state.
