Kamani Properties have employed Austin Broady in their current project of renovations in Chorlton Street, Manchester. The portfolio comprises of 10 2/3 bed apartments that will each have a Panasonic Mini VRF heating & cooling system. 

Due to the planning constraints that do not allow for opening windows, each apartment is fitted with a whole house ventilation system. This will be provided by the installation of Elta Vigo MVHR units.
